1. Who we are

Loura AI is an AI creator platform that lets users generate, edit, save, and organize AI-generated images and videos. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@louraai.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use Loura AI:

• Account information, such as your email address, name, profile image, and authentication provider details.
• Content you provide, including prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images and videos, albums, and gallery interactions.
• Safety reports you submit, including the report reason, optional details, and the relevant generation identifier.
• Usage information, such as generation history, selected models, aspect ratios, credit usage, and basic product activity.
• Payment and subscription information processed through our payment provider when billing is enabled.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, logs, cookies, and similar diagnostics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide authentication, account access, and user dashboards.
• Generate, edit, store, display, and organize AI images and videos.
• Track plans, credits, usage, and generation limits.
• Operate admin-uploaded public gallery content for inspiration.
• Improve reliability, security, moderation, and user experience.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Comply with legal, tax, fraud prevention, and platform safety obligations.

4. AI generation and third-party processors

To provide the service, prompts, uploaded reference images, and generation settings may be sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers. These include Google, OpenAI, and fal.ai for supported AI generation workflows; Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare R2 for media storage; Vercel for application hosting; and Stripe when web payments are enabled. Providers may change as models and infrastructure are updated. They process data on our behalf to authenticate users, generate requested media, store files, host the application, and process payments where applicable.

5. AI safety reports

The mobile app provides an in-app reporting feature for AI-generated content. When you report an output, we store your account identifier, the associated generation identifier and type, the selected report reason, optional details, report status, and submission time. Reports are private, are not shown to other users, and are used to review unsafe or offensive output, enforce policies, and improve product safety.

6. Public and private content

Your personal generation dashboard is intended for your account. The public gallery is shared content uploaded or managed by admins for inspiration. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded media.

7. Cookies and authentication

We use cookies and similar storage technologies to keep you signed in, secure your session, remember preferences, and operate the application. Google OAuth and Supabase Auth may also use cookies or redirects as part of sign-in.

8. Data retention

We keep account and generation data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and private creations at any time from Profile in the mobile app or from our account deletion page. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records where required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. Use the account deletion page for deletion, or email hello@louraai.com for another privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected email account secure.

11. Children

Loura AI is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version became effective.
