Delete your Loura AI account
You can permanently delete your account here or from Profile in the Loura AI mobile app.
What will be deleted
- Your sign-in identity and profile information.
- Your private images, videos, prompts, albums, and favorites.
- Your credit balance, usage history, and account activity.
What may be retained
We may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records where required by law. Active subscriptions are canceled before deletion. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Sign in to delete your account
If you cannot sign in, email hello@louraai.com from the address on your account. We will verify and process the request.
