Terms of Service

1. The service

Louraai provides tools for AI image generation, image editing, prompt inspiration, user libraries, public gallery browsing, and related creator workflows. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to generate images, save content, access credits, or manage your dashboard. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

Paid plans and credits are used to access generation features. Different models may consume different credit amounts. Prices, credit allowances, model availability, and renewal rules may change before purchase or renewal. When Stripe billing is enabled, payments, invoices, and payment methods are processed by Stripe.

4. User content

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, generated images, and other content you submit or create. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any images or materials you upload. Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

5. AI output

AI-generated images can be unpredictable and may contain errors, artifacts, or similarities to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for commercial, public, or sensitive uses. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third-party rights.

6. Public gallery

The public gallery is intended for inspiration and prompt discovery. Gallery content may be uploaded, curated, edited, or removed by admins. Users should not treat gallery examples as permission to copy protected third-party assets or identities.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Louraai to:

• Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies.
• Create harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate others or create misleading content without proper rights and disclosure.
• Attempt to bypass credits, access controls, rate limits, security systems, or payment requirements.
• Upload malware or interfere with the availability, security, or integrity of the service.

8. Third-party services

Louraai relies on third-party providers such as Google Gemini, Supabase, Cloudinary, Vercel, and Stripe. Their services may be subject to their own terms, policies, limits, availability, and pricing.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation may fail because of provider errors, safety filters, model limitations, network issues, rate limits, or insufficient credits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users or providers, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
